I believe…

🦋 You can have an amazing offer or product and well done copy to speak to the product and why the exact person who needs it needs it, and yet if your energy is blocked around it (subconscious beliefs, unresolved fears, etc.) the offer won’t sell until those underlying blocks are dealt with.

🦋 If you want success in your business and your life, you’re going to have to get uncomfortable and face some shit that your ego doesn’t want you to look at. Buckle up.

🦋 every business owner needs playful, creative pursuits that have nothing to do with business or productivity or success.

🦋 learning to play and pursue pleasure in our life and business is one of our greatest sources of power, creativity, and magnetism.

🦋 every business owner needs a life coach and without one, they’re going to keep having blindspots that impact their business growth.

I want to live in a world where…

🦋 we’ve all dealt with our shame of wanting more and our fear of being seen such that it is safe and celebrated for all of us to live in the world as the most fully expressed version of ourselves.

🦋 “realistic” is seen as a silly word that has no relevance because we all have a felt experience of creating something from nothing and it feels completely normal in our body to know that if we can envision it, we can create it.

🦋 our first instinct when it comes to pursuing ideas is not to seek external answers but to instead check in with our intuition to assess how aligned the idea feels before jumping in.

🦋 the standard workweek is 20 hours or less and we all have space to be present with our loved ones, to take deep and nourishing care of our body, mind and soul, and in living that spaciously, we create more incredible things in the world.

🦋 getting a great blowout can be seen as a wise investment for how it can make us show up in our day as our most confident and put-together self

This is what I know to be true…

🦋 our ego can be sneaky, and try to thwart our expansion at each new level, but the more in tune with our truth we become, the more able we are to recognize the queues of our ego trying to protect us.

🦋 when I surround myself with people who are unwilling to settle for the status quo, my limitations begin to dissolve.

🦋People talk about the need to “embody our highest self” in order to create the life we want as though there’s something she knows that we don’t know. But the truth is, as long as you keep seeing your highest self as separate from you, you’re missing the secret… that there is no secret. You can be her now, you just have to look honestly at what you have been hiding from.

🦋 one of the biggest blocks to our success as business owners is the polarity between the desire to be seen, and the fear of being seen, and both must be investigated in order to move past the blocks.

🦋 whenever we’re not doing the thing we say we know we need to be doing, the root of that lies in a belief we have about who we are, and in order to do the thing, we need to get to the root.
